Trip to Alaska

While there, we reported to the Central Compressor Plant (CCP) for each work day to perform our assigned duties. This facility was a central gathering point for Natural Gas from all the oil fields, the gas was compressed to 5000 psig and forced back into the ground. Only oil went into the Alaska pipline, the gas was being saved for later.
